Lily always waited for Mark's call, but there was no response.
"The stunt double has arrived. We can go home and rest."
The assistant beside Lily reminded her to go home and rest; it was clear that Lily was not in a good mood that day.
"I have to go somewhere."
Seeing that the stunt double had come to take her place, Lily only wanted to go see Mark. She stood up without greeting anyone, grabbed her bag, and left. The assistant could only bow to everyone and then run after her.
Sarah stayed to perform Lily's scenes. She knew that in the final cut for the audience, her face would either be hidden or replaced with Lily's.
"Sarah, you did very well."
Sarah held the script, reading and trying her best to act. The director approached and praised her, making her feel deeply appreciative.
