Chapter 9 When they reached what appeared to be a front gate, Dakota took over. He leaned in toward an electronic box, pushed a button, and spoke into the microphone. “Uh, hello? Hey. You’re probably not gonna believe this, but we’ve met once before. It’s me, Dakota. I think you have a, uh, young lady in there. I’m not with the guys who attacked you. We took a few of them out, actually.
