Chapter 2

            After cleaning and dinner preparation all day and well into the night I'm tired. Beyond tired I'm exhausted. Looking at the time my clock reads 2.36am. Of course I've been up for almost 24 hrs. I curl up on my air mattress and pass out. I woke up to someone banging on my door "GET YOUR LAZY f*****g ASS UP NOW YOU DUMB b***h!!!!! ITS BREAKFAST TIME SO WHERE THE f**k IS OUR BREAKFAST????" My eyes opened looking at my clock 6:40. f**k s**t f**k!!!!!! I throw my hair up and run as fast I can to the kitchen. I was almost there when I got in the side hard. Pretty sure I felt my ribs shatter. I look over and there's Quin with a bat. "Unless you want to be hit again you dumb b***h you better hurry and make us food." He said. As I try to get up I feel someone fingernails grave my chin. "HURRY UP YOU DUMB w***e CANT YOU SEE YOUR ALPHA IS STARVING." I recognized the voice instantly. Its Kayla the pack slut. "You're one to talk calling me a whore." I said to her. I scurried off into the kitchen and made French toast as fast as I could. Once I was done cooking, I went to leave the kitchen when all of a sudden I'm grabbed and thrown onto the kitchen counter and held down. Kayla, Quin, Travis and Loni were all holding me down as Kyler was grabbing the still hot pain from the stove. "Just to ensure you never forget our breakfast on time," he said. With wide eyes I begged for him not to. "Oh it's happening get the f**k over it." Was all he said before pulling my shirt up and pressing the hot pan onto my stomach. I screamed in agonizing pain as I felt and heard my skin sizzling and burning. Oh Moon Goddess just kill me I thought to myself. After 2 minutes of agonizing burning pain on my torso, Kyler threw the pan into the sink and everyone let go of me. Travis then scooped me up, carried me off and threw me in a trunk in someones room. "If you're lucky someone may find you soon. If not well enjoy the afterlife." Was the last thing I heard before I blacked out.

       *Alpha Kaleb's POV.*

          I hate Alpha gatherings. They are always the same. This year it's at the Dark Forest pack territory. The former Alpha was my dad's good friend but the Alpha now is a power hungry f**k. Theo my wolf, is super antsy as I get ready to go to this bs gathering. Weird. My Beta and best friend Chaz comes in already ready to go. "Kaleb you ready yet bro??? Sooner we get there the sooner itll be over." He says giving me an over dramatized pouty face. "Ya let's hurry the f**k up. I f*****g dislike that power hungry f**k at Dark Forest." I said walking down the hallway through the house and out the door. Theo, started jumping around more at the thought of us hurrying up. Odd just odd. "You'll see soon enough." Theo said to me through our link before closing it off again. After driving 3 hours, we finally arrive. We are greeted by Alpha fuckface, his mate, the beta and their son. "Game face time playa", Chaz said. "Ya ya ya shut it." I responded back. 

      As we follow them inside the house it hits me. The sweet intoxicating smell of Vanilla and Honey with a hint of pine. I started following the smell instantly. As the smell grew stronger I started smelling faint traces of burnt skin and blood. "Find MATE NOW KALEB", Theo roared. He's pissed and I am too. Once I find her I'm gonna shred everyone apart.  I walked through the kitchen into a hallway following the smell. I followed it to a locked door and kicked it in. She must be in here I thought to myself. Stepping into the room I looked and sniffed around till my eyes landed on a trunk in the far corner. "Chaz get to me NOW!!!!!"  I yelled through our link in my Alpha tone. 2 seconds later here comes Chaz. I walk over to the trunk and bust the lock off. "What's up Alpha?" He said watching me all I could respond back with was "Mate." Chaz helped me open the trunk as I grabbed the frail, battered girl out. As I played her on the floor I couldn't but notice her beauty despite being bloodied and bruised. She had long black hair, pale white skin, and pale rose colored lips. I looked up at Chaz and without saying a word he knew what to do. He walked out the room to get the Alpha and Luna. As I look down on my MATE, I cant help but to feel rage. Yes the Alpha and Luna here maybe royals by title they aren't true royals. Next to true royals, my pack is the second strongest and biggest. I will rip them to shreds. Why would they do this???? I hear someone coming down the hallway towards the room. "Game Time Theo", I tell my wolf. I don't need him to respond to know he is ready. 

         Chaz walks back into the room followed by the Alpha and Luna. Just as they were about to ask Chaz what was going on, I growled. They froze and turned their eyes to me wide and scared. Good. My reputation of being a blood hungry savage beast is why they are scared. "Who the f**k did this?" I asked letting the anger seep threw every word. "I uh I er..." Alpha Kaden started stuttering. I looked towards his MATE "Go get the pack dr. NOW!" I demand in my Alpha tone. I'm beyond livid. Turning my attention back to Kaden I can tell he is mind linking someone. Better be the person who did this. "Alpha Kaleb someone is on their way up to answer your questions." Alpha laden said. Just then the pack dr followed by the alphas son and a couple of his friends walked in. "Hi Alpha Kaleb, I'm jessy the pack doctor. I'm gonna take her to the infirmary okay?" She asked kind of timid. I nodded to her and waited as she picked my MATE up and took her to the infirmary. These fuvks better hope she lives.

         Just as she walked out, Quin the alphas son chuckled. Turning my attention to him, "OH SO ITS FUNNY???? YOU THINK ITS FUNNY PUNK," I roared, grabbing him by his throat and slamming him into the wall. "WHO DID THAT TO MY MATE???? ANSWER ME NOW!!!!!" Quin starts gasping for air. I drop him to ground. "Okay okay" he said wheezing every word, "Me and some friends did that but shes nothing more than a slave. Lower than an omega. Shes nothing but trash." He said.  Without second thought I threw him out the window. He's a werewolf he'll heal. Turning to the Alpha, "I'll be staying with my beta until my MATE is fit to leave do you understand? You're not a true royal. I'll rip you to shreds got it?" I said. All he did was nod his head. Good.
