There was actually a rumour to that Ryan was into guys but the rumour started as a result of the fact that he wasn't accepting the proposal of the girls that came at him, and they haven't seen him with any, but since it was just a rumour Vera was not ready to give up on him she would make him realise that she was the one for him.

Vera was a vision of confidence and elegance meticulously styled to captivate attention. Vera went downstairs to wait for him while chatting with grandma. Cassida was a very peaceful and meek but she wouldn't hesitate go give out the same amount of strictness to anyone who deserves it. Not long after Ryan came downstairs but he didn't even notice the girl waiting for him, he simply came downstairs because it was dinner time. The whole family was present for dinner and anyone would notice the pleading eyes Wesley and Wade was starring at their brother with, soon after they gave up on begging him.

They already knew Ryan didn't have a heart so begging him was useless so they decided to ask their grandma.

Grandma please help us tell Ryan to give me my car back it was just a slight and insignificant accident and nobody was hurt but Ryan doesn't want to give me my keys. Ryan whined.

Can I know about this slight accident you're talking about?. Cassida asked

Well last night we decided to just have some fun at the club we weren't even making any noise but while we were coming back we got hit by a car. And Ryan got angry and took my keys.

Same slight incident that made them call the police. You were drunk driving wade and what if the news had gotten to the press. You're not getting the Rolls Royce back and that's final. Ryan stated.

But I asked everyone to stay out of trouble for the meantime didn't I? Cassida asked.

We just wanted to have some harmless fun and I wasn't drunk. the lousy guy just kept saying he wanted to call the police. I didn't do anything wrong grandma, why do I have to be punished. wade complained.

Listen to your brother wade and imagine if he didn't come to your rescue on Time you would have been all over the press by now and that's not what anybody wants right now, and if I hear anymore complains about this I won't tolerate it, is that understood?

They were already done with dinner everyone started leaving. wade was confused because his grandma never refuses when he asked her anything, so he would ask her again in private to confirm if she was just being strict or he has fallen out of favour.

Cassida saw her efforts and decided to help her, Ryan why don't you give Vera a ride home since it's late already?.

I have a job to finish up tonight so I will ask my bodyguards to drop her off.

That wasn't what she wanted but at least he cared about her she thought and decided to go with the bodyguards.

Wade escorted Grandma into her room so he could try and talk to him, Ryan already collected three of his keys and he just wanted the Rolls Royce back and if there is anyone that could talk Ryan out of something it was grandma.

Grandma would you like me to give you a massage he asked with his charming eyes.

That would be nice, she replied and sat down on a chair.

wade started massaging her shoulder then decided to massage her foot so he could talk to her.

Grandma I'm sorry for what I did but I want my car back, you got it for me on my birthday and that was the first time i was using it please help me tell Ryan to give me back. wade asked in his softest voice.

Talking your brother out of something should be something you all should be doing yourself instead of running shamelessly to me all the time. Cassida replied even when she knew Ryan wouldn't listen to anybody except her.

Cassida just wanted Ryan to have someone he could rely on instead of keeping things all to himself she was getting old already and would they ask to talk him out of something, she didn't want her son to end up lonely but that was what she was sensing. He would reject all the blind dates he set up for him and even when he accepted He would end up boring them wiyhis business talks.

wade was done with massaging his grandma's foot and has also convinced her to talk to Ryan so he said goodnight and walked out her room feeling fulfilled.
