NYC (Grey’s POV)
I dropped Ileana off late last night. I had asked her to come with me, but she had refused.
“Grey I have to work on my collaboration with Bernie. He came all the way here so we could work together.” She replied, though you could see she didn’t want to part with him.
“I wont force you Ileana.” He said giving her a quick kiss. He knew he wouldn’t be able to keep his hands off her if he stayed any longer, work be damned. “I’ll be as soon as possible.”
Ileana smiled and looked up at him. “Call me,” She whispered, you could see the sadness in her eyes.
Grey nodded before turning and taking his seat in the waiting car. This wasn’t goodbye forever. He would be back with his wife in a few days.
