            I just nod and we step into a private room I haven't been in before, the lights are flipped on and it reveals hardwood floor and weapons in a corner, there’s matts that fold down to cover the floor. Damon presses another button, and they drop. He has an evil look in his eyes when he looks at me. I shiver, I am afraid of him. He nods at me and I swing to punch him. He catches me arm and throws me into the wall, I gasp in pain. As he reaches down to grab me, I swing my leg around kicking him back, then I jump up, spin his arm around and slam his head into the wall.

            He punches me in the gut making me scream in pain then slaps me throwing me to the ground. I hear him bring his leg back to kick me, i'm flung across the room and the pain in my stomach is unbearable. Someone I have never met slides in the door, Damon pulls me up and the person heals me. Damon swings at me, I duck catch his hand swing it around breaking it and through him into the wall. He swings me around into it and I elbow him in the face. He slams my arm back breaking it then slaps me to the ground, I kick out his feet and roll away getting up. he is up faster and punches me in the gut… This goes on for hours and hours. The guy heals me when i'm to the point of not getting up and we start over. Damon throws in a few comments here and there to “help” me then says not to get distracted when I try to listen. I roll over trying to hide in the ground.

Daniel helps her get back to her room but do not heal her I want her to sleep on it

            He swings me up into his arms and I pass out before we leave the room. I wake up and the pain swarms me, I gasp scaring Shelby.

            I slide off the bed and change into combat pants, black sports bra and a loose white see through tank top. Slowly I make my way back to the room, everything hurts. Jt jogs up to me

Mason trips me onto the floor and sits over me, it makes me heartbeat speedway up. gives me flashes of it. Atom, I want him now. I do rely on him.  Mason his holding me down so I cannot move again

I do as Damon instructed and end up on top and Mason with a broken arm on bottom. Daniel heals him and we start again.

Perfect, now just get on top, no rules. Mason do not go easy

Mason smile, no rules? He must have given Mason rule or something. I knee Mason in the stomach and roll over on top with me knee on his chest. He throws me off, gets up and tries to punch me. I catch his hand twist my arm with his, breaking it, then slam his head into the wall. he falls back, his eyes roll into his head. I smile, I knocked him out on my own.

Honestly, I’ve never been so tired, and everything hurts still. Damon swings at me, I put my arm up to block and he breaks it.

Stronger block if you choose to block it, your arms are flimsy…

This continues for the next two days, i'm exhausted and in so much pain. Damon has not given us a break yet. Four days total of this and three in a row with no rest. He decided to teach me how to fight with one hand and so he broke one arm, beat the s**t out of me, then broke the other and did the same.

You are doing good; this is about how I taught Atom

            I just moan in pain, so much, even when i'm healed the pain will not fade. He laughs and sits down next to me. He rolls me over to face him stabs my hand with his knife, all the way through. I scream from the pain; he then pulls me up to fight him again. I try to punch with that hand and scream in pain again.  He nods for Daniel to heal me.

We will take a break, get some rest and be ready for tomorrow. I want you here in the afternoon. That will give you a while to eat and sleep since it is just before noon now.

            I pull myself up off the ground and leave, Jt meets me around the corner. He looks at me in worried then swings me onto his back and takes me back to his room and drops me on the bed.

            I take the bottle and finish it in a min. he shares a room too, it’s about the same as me and Shelby’s
