He passes out and I slide under his arms, Damon takes my upper arm and drags me down the stairs and outside. We meet Mason and Andrew out there. I hope JT takes his time with the healer. It will be safer for Atom.

Fight them both

            Mason swings at me with no warning. My reflexes feel num from everything that has gone on. He knocks me to the ground. I kick him in the gut and flip, then I duck to miss Andrews fist. Mason grabs my braid and slams me back into a tree. I slide down to miss his fist then swing him into the tree knocking him out. Andrew knees me in the gut, I gasp as my ribs break. He grins and swings his arm around to slap me. I duck shove his arm up, break it then knock him out. “Very good” Someone I do not recognize heals all three of us. He is an adult man maybe Damon’s age. Damon punches me in the gut, I scream from shock and pain. He kicks me in the gut throwing me against a tree. He nods at the others to leave. s**t, i'm screwed now. “Fight me” I roll to miss his kick; it hurts to move. He rips me up off the ground, I bring me elbow down on his arm breaking it, then I throw him back away from me... hours past dark we are still doing this. I cannot even get up now, it’s more of him just beating me up with no chance to recover.

            I roll over trying to hide as he leaves. There is no way i'm getting u to go back inside. It is not even worth it; my eyes fight the tears that want to come. This is not fair, why me? Because of Atom. if I were not with him none of this would have to happen. But he is worth it
