JULIET'S POV I'm trying to comfort myself as I wept uncontrollably. The trauma of being forcefully seduced still lingered in my mind, and I couldn't blame myself for breaking down. "I'm so sorry, Mark. I tried, but he was too powerful," I whispered, holding my hands together and clenching my fists in anger. "I know how much you will be hurting if you hear what happened to me," I thought inwardly to myself, imagining Mark's reaction if he hears. But my tears didn't seem to be just about my pain.
