By the time we finished unpacking our stuff, it was time for dinner. Not that I noticed the time going by. I was too busy avoiding Sean and trying to come to terms with my new situation.
Never in a thousand years would I have thought that my mate would turn out to be my new step brother. Seriously, what were the chances? Only I would be so unlucky. Finding him had seemed like a miracle at first, but now, it seemed more like a disaster.
We ordered takeout for dinner and sat together for dinner, as a family. My mother and I sat on one side, while Sean and his father sat on the other.
