Ivy’s POV “You first,” Sean said to me after Ezra walked into the apartment. I didn’t move. “No, go ahead.” He said nothing but didn’t move either, just looking at me. Fine. I walked past him, and he brushed his hand against mine. I pulled my arm from his reach and quickened my steps as I entered the house, not daring to look at him. “Ivy is using the guest room,” Ezra told him, “so you’ll share my room. I’ll show you.” The two of them headed towards Ezra’s bedroom, and I took the chance to disappear into my room. As soon as I shut the door behind me, I freaked out. There was no question as to why Sean showed up here with no warning. He didn’t need to crash at anyone’s place. He could live in a hotel penthouse if he wanted. He was here because he didn’t like that
