A Slut, A Cheater, and the Boyfriend

"Go get Carly and put her in one of the cells for feral wolves." I told Cal, one of the guardians. "We need to question her, then we'll decide what do from there." I don't want to banish her, it wasn't really her fault. When we find our mates, our other half, all we want is for them to accept and mate with us. It is said that if you're rejected, this hardly ever happens, you feel like your heart is being ripped out of your chest. The majority of the wolves that have been heard to have been rejected, either died from the pain or committed suicide. "Don't hurt her in any way and watch her so she doesn't hurt herself." I demand, looking up from the ground. "Yes, Alpha. Would you like us to wait to question her until you get back from school?" He asks with a kind smile. "Yes, please." With that I start to head to Collin's car. "Oh, and feed her." I say as an afterthought. When I get to Collin's SUV, I look behind me to see my brother following with Tayson. I assume they are talking through mind link by the way they keep looking at each other and their body language. When Tayson notices my stare he blushes. BLUSHES. Now I'm dying to know what they've been talking about. They stop walking and stand right in front of me, neither of them can meet my eyes. "What were you two talking about?" "Nothing." Collin says in his high-pitched, lying voice. I roll my eyes and shake my head. "You realize that it's pretty obvious that you're lying? So, cut the crap and get in the car." I say getting annoyed. I open the passenger door and sit down in the comfy black leather seats. Collin gets in the drivers seat in a hurry, while Tayson gets in the back. Collin puts the key in and quickly starts the car. "What do you think we should do with Carly?" I ask them once we get on the road, other things forgotten. "Well, we can either kill or banish her, or let her go with a warning. But she has to be going through the pain of her mate dying, so she's probably a bit unstable." Tayson says with a sad look on his face. "She could already be dead, a lot of wolves die when their other mates die or the pain gets to be too much and they kill themselves." Collin comments. What he says is sad and unfortunate, but true none the less. We all sit in comfortable silence, stuck in our thoughts, when we pull up to the school, minutes before the bell will ring for first period. Sky Wolf High is a bit rundown and could definitely use a renovation, but it's their school. The school covers about 40 acres of land and that's not counting the football or soccer field. So, to say the least, it's huge. But it seems tiny when you see all of the people that go here. There's at least 3000 kids that go to our school, so, we need a huge school. Otherwise, we'd all be suffocated from being so squished together. As we get out of the car we see a big crowd at the front of the school, which, probably means a fight. It's quite normal for werewolves to fight, but sometimes it can lead to very dangerous situations. Mostly because we have a rival pack going to school here and it can get a bit out of hand, if the tensions are high. Also, we have some humans that go here too, this is neutral territory, so, anyone can go to the school. As we near the front I see none other than Jace, one of my pack's sluts, and Ethan, the future beta for the Highridge Shadow pack, fighting and growling at each other. Jace probably hit on Ethan's girlfriend, Emily, who is a cheat and also the Highridge Shadows Alphas only daughter. Ethan's wolf is starting to show which is my cue to break them up. "Stop." I whisper, but put enough power behind it that every wolf in the school would be able to feel the effects of my voice. Jace and Ethan immediately break apart and bow their heads. I walk up to Jace and glare. "What were you doing?" I say in my Alpha voice, causing him to cower. "He started it," He says in a petulant voice while pointing at Ethan. I look over at Ethan and soften my voice, "What'd he do?" He looks up at me and I see a deep anger that hardens further when he looks at Jace. "He was hitting on Emily, right in front of me." This angers and disappoints me because I expect better from my pack members. I give Ethan an apologetic look, then turn back to Jace. I slowly and calmly walk up to Jace. When I'm standing directly in front of him, with about an inch separating our chests, I grab his ear with inhuman speed and strength. I pull him down to my eye level, he's 6'3" and I'm 5'2" so you can imagine how he's towering over me, and look directly into his eyes. "Don't ever, Ever, hit on someone else's girl. Haven't you ever heard of the 'Bro Code?" I whisper, all the while gripping his ear harder by the second. He starts to whine and I growl, my eyes starting to glow their bright green. "Do you understand?" I practically growl. He nods in a hurry and I let go of his ear. "Oh, and if you go anywhere near Ethan again, you'll have me to deal with." I turn to the crowd and glare. Everyone gets the message and the crowd disperses. Once everyone's gone I tell Collin and Tayson to go too, then I turn to Ethan. I gesture for him to follow me and start walking towards my locker. "Why are you dating Emily?" I ask out of curiosity, wondering how he doesn't realize that she's a cheater. "Because she's Emily Foller, she's hot, a good lay, listens to me when I talk, and she's the Alphas daughter." He says this all as he looks at his feet. It's kind of sad that she's got him fooled. I actually like him and that's saying something. "Look, I actually kind of like you in a friend way, which is why I'm going to tell you this, if you don't already know about everything." I pause and wait for his nod, once he nods I start again. "You do know that Emily is constantly cheating on you, right?" He looks me in the eye and when he senses no lie, he looks down with a devastated look. "I figured, but didn't want to believe it." His voice was quiet at first, but then gets hard when it finally sits in that she's been cheating their whole relationship. He turns to me with anger in his eyes. "How long? How long has she been cheating on me?" I shrug, but I guess that wasn't a good enough answer because he suddenly stops. I stop too and look at him. He suddenly pushes me against the locker, making sure to be careful with me because if he harmed me the whole pack would go after him. "How. Long?" His words are clipped due to anger. I look him in the eyes and he has to look down because of my stare. I reach out and carefully tilt his chin up so that he can see the truth of what I tell him. Of course, he can smell the truth on me, but I think it's more personal to look into somebodies eyes then just smell them. "I don't know exactly how long, but I first heard about it a week after you two started dating." When he smells and sees that I'm telling the truth again he growls and punches the locker next to my head. "Dammit!" He practically shouts, I haven't even flinched once, any normal person or wolf would have, but as you know I'm no normal wolf. The humans are giving us a questioning look, and the wolves are waiting for any sign of anger from me. Just as I'm about to speak, I see Emily round the corner and I know that today is going to be very difficult day. "Shit."
