"When do I leave for Paranormal Academy?"
King Moises looks amazed and surprised that I agreed with him, which isn't very surprising because I hardly ever agree to do things I don't want to do especially if someone gives me a way out, even when it's brutal and inhumane. Looks like the big bad King was prepared to fight me. I'm proud.
"You were ready to fight me! To the death!!! Damn man." I shake my head with a teasing smile on my face. Some would be offended but I have a bit of an idea of the pressure he's under and would completely understand if he had to do it for the council. Not to say that I would easily surrender, I'm a Alpha after all. But like Mad Respect for the fact that he was willing to fight me.
I look over at the king to find him studying me. He looks me in the eyes and gets a evil smirk on his face. Crap. I know that look. That's the look Collin gets every time he's about to give some "brotherly love". In short it means he's gonna do something to annoy the crap out of me, or something that leaves us both laughing.
The King starts to stalking, and I know what's going to come next, so I do what every 16 year old girl would do in my situation. I ran.
Laughing my ass off, I started singing, "You can't catch me, I'm the ginger bread man." When I smelled something, it was something out of the ordinary, but was hardly there. Which is weird because I can tell there was something here a few seconds ago. Maybe, even now.
I shrug. Whatever. If it was a danger to me or my pack I would be able to tell and if I'm mistaken they'll pay dearly for it. I continue running, the trees start thinning, so I know I'm getting close to the pack house.
I take a quick look behind me cause I can't hear Mo anymore. I don't see him anywhere, which means he's trying to surprise tackle me. Because of this I act all confused and wait until he jumps to attack.
I wait there and act all casual for about two minutes and start to get bored. I start walking to the pack house still prepared to take him down. When I finally feel a little pick up in the wind. I swiftly squat down and her him fall to the ground with a loud "ump" sound.
I look behind me to see him glaring at me while rubbing his head. Seeing this sight I start laughing so hard, sounding like a hyena, that there's literally tears in my eyes.
"Omigod, you look like a little baby with that look on your face." I laugh some more look at him again and once again burst out laughing. He was scowling out me trying to get me stop laughing, but he had his arms folded and hair all messed up, so it just made him look like a five year old.
At this point I'm sitting on my butt laughing, feeling like I'm going to pee my pants.
Of course, Collin has to pick this exact moment to come out and look at the commotion. He takes one look at what's going, lets out a loud chuckle and being the big doofus he is starts running straight for me. This sobers me up a bit cause I know what he's going to do.
He's going to SMUSH me!
And I mean literally if he tackles me to the ground and lands on me Imma die. He's made of pure muscles and ways about two-hundred pounds. I may have a lot of muscle, but I'm 5'2" and only weigh around 115 pounds. So, you do the math.
He's done this several times, but that's usually when we're in the gym where there's mats. They don't save me from his weight but it makes it so that I don't break anything, most of the time.
I decide to just stay where I am and wait until he comes to maybe push him and some of his weight off me.

"Collin!" I squeak out, failing at deflecting some of his weight.
"Yes, my dear sister?" Is his smart ass response.
"Could you get THE f**k OFF OF ME? Or his that too much work for you?" I growl out, and I can practically hear him roll his eyes.
"Only if you say the magic words." Are you f*****g kidding me. He knows I hate when he does things like this. Is it programmed in all guys to be assholes? I sure f*****g hope not.
In my sweetest voice I squeeze out, "Will you please, get f*****g off me?" I slowly feel the pressure rising off my back and glare at my d**k of a brother.
"Was that so hard?" He says in an annoying tone of voice.
"I'm surprised she didn't swear more. With her having a potty mouth." King Moises speaks up, I kind of forgot about him and it looks like Collin did too, going by his surprised look. Collin quickly bows his head, getting a head bow back.
"Now if you two are done, I think we have something important and a bit urgent to talk about." I groan, I really don't want to got to the Academy and leave Collin to take care of the pack. Not that I don't trust him, it's just that with all this s**t going around it'd be nice to know that I could take care of my pack and watch over them. But seeing how the council has given me no choice, there's nothing I can do.
I start heading to the pack house, hearing the two d**k wads following behind me. When we get to the house everyone in there stops talking and bow their heads. I ignore them walking into the kitchen to grab a water.
The kitchen is huge, with nice black granite counters. All the cabinets and cupboards are white with the dishwasher, sink, oven, microwave, and refrigerator a shiny black. I have to say it's one of the nicest kitchens I've seen in a pack house, but then again our pack house is a mansion and we're one of the strongest packs so of course we are going to have a nice house/kitchen. The pack house may be beautiful, but it doesn't really have a homey feel about it. This is probably because we never had a Luna. I mean I could do it now, but I'm to busy. So unfortunately, it's still beyond elegant with the black and white, but it's very cold.
Several of the pack women have offered to redecorate it, but it would just feel wrong and make my wolf angry every time I'd see it. It's not like they don't get to personalize their rooms, so why'd they need to do it outside of there?
We're making our way up the black stairs that lead up to my personal office. When Collin breaks the silence,
"What's so important?" Normally I'd have snapped at Collin by now, but fortunately for him I'm still riding the high from this morning. So instead of being rude, or ruder then I am right now, I say,
"It's a private matter."
It's not like he has to wait that long we're only a few steps away from my office.
I quickly open the door wait for both of them to get inside, then close and lock it. I lean forehead against it and quickly tell Collin,
"I have to leave." I mumbled it so if he didn't have enhanced hearing he wouldn't have heard me.
"WHAT?!!"
