I didn't even bother waiting another second, as soon as I read that the phoenix book had a spell in it to combine the letters into a compass I went straight to my "house". There is no way in hell that I was gonna wait any longer, we had to find Ysmay and if this was the only way then I guess we might as well hurry. We needed to find Ysmay more than anything right now or we couldn't go to war with the vampires.
"Amara!" Derek yelled as I ran into the house," Is there anything that we can do? You can't expect us to just watch you do the spell, what about the part where all magic comes with a price? What if you have to kill someone?"
"Let me find the stupid book! Will you?" I snapped," Ah there it is! And it'll say what we need to do, okay?"
