School is in full swing for Hope and that means David is spending his days with her in Cape Elizabeth, being closer to her school.
Much to David’s annoyance, I am adamant about staying at my apartment. He calls every night he is away and has stops by work to collect me for lunch whenever he can.
On one such night he is at his place, he calls me just before I turn in for bed, “Hey.” I murmur
