Kayla's POV:
My heart was racing so fast that I thought I would get dizzy from the extra blood flow to my brain. My hands were shaking so hard and even though I didn't know what was inside of the envelope, I could still feel the tears wanting to be shed down my cheeks.
Jaxson placed his hands over my shaking hands that were having absolutely no luck at opening the envelope.
"Hey, calm down. I'm sure whatever it is, we will get through it." He said to me in a calm voice that I can't figure out how he can be so calm right now.
"Okay," I said in a more nervous and scared tone than what I would have liked.
"Take a deep breath." He said and breathed the way he told me to do as well.
