Kayla's POV:
I didn't see Jaxson the rest of the weekend and I was glad. I really hope he sees that I don't want anything to do with him. At least I don't have to worry about trying to hide the pregnancy from him now that he knows about it. Still doesn't matter, I don't need his help. I don't need someone who will only be there to send a monthly check and nothing else. I want someone who will be in my child's life, to help them grow and to protect them, and to love them like their own. Something that Jaxson could never be.
It's Tuesday now and my appointment at the clinic is this afternoon after my morning shift. I'm only put on the schedule a few hours here and there but I pick up a lot more from other people. Not quite as much as before Tom knew I was pregnant since now I'm lim
