I stood with my back pressed against Alexander's, feeling the heat of his body even as my heart raced with anger and fear. It hadn't taken me long to put a few things together.
"You're not stupid.'' I spoke in a low tone, sparing a glance at Alexander. He was an Alpha, Alpha's can't be cowards. All this time, it was a f*****g act. The look I gave him spoke the message I need it to: 'I know you led me into this trap.'
