“You love them!” I retorted.
Daniel then turned his attention to his final present, breaking into hysterical laughter as he did so. “A karaoke machine?! Ha!” he jumped to his feet and picked me up off the ground, spinning me around as he hugged the life out of me. “You are so f*****g amazing you know that?!”
“You’re awfully excited about a karaoke machine!” I grinned, feeling dizzy.
“You do realize that you’re probably about the only person who’d actually allow me to sing right?” Daniel was still laughing, he wasn’t a very good singer but I knew how much he loved it.
“It makes you happy so I’m happy.” I leaned forward to kiss my mate but didn’t get very far as Daniel surged closer and enveloped me in a deep kiss.
“Maybe we should test out Alex’s gift,” Daniel raised his eyebrows hopef
