It took us three trips in the cars to get all the things we could move without the moving truck to the apartment. The last box entered our apartment at 4 o’clock. I decided to unpack the kitchen while I let Brian unpack the linens. He was to have the bed made and then start putting boxes in their appropriate locations.
As I opened the cupboards and started to put away my mugs, I found myself feeling absolutely giddy. There was plenty of room, like I mentioned before, and I just couldn’t believe how much more we could fit. After we do Brian’s apartment next weekend, we will take an inventory of all the things we have and what still needs to be purchased.
