Eliott didn’t stay long after coming inside and eating dinner. We ate in comfortable silence, he had brought some of my favorite Chinese food over for dinner. Instead of talking, I spent the whole time stuffing my food and filling my stomach. I hadn’t realized how hungry or skinny I had grown until today. The food Eliott had sent and brought over today filled a void I didn’t even know I had.
