Rishnag is governed by several wealthy aristocrats, known as the Crimson Ministry.

Notable Places:

A statue of crystal placed to honour a local hero named Elbelm and his Dragon Igor the previous leader of the Dragon Riders who died protecting its people.

The Theatre of Flames: A two-storey stone-walled theatre, said to be haunted by the ghost of an actor.

Craftsman's Borough

The Guildhall: A grand half-timbered building, decorated with wrought-iron lamps. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms and is shared amongst several local trade guilds.

Sane's Carvings: The workshop of a female human woodcarver named Sane, who also brews potions and elixirs.

Crown Village

Sane's Masonry: A cluttered stonemason's workshop, built within a ring of ancient stone monoliths.

Wulfa's Pottery: A large potter's workshop, which uses a volcanic fissure as a firing kiln.

Feyfane Ward

The Guildhall: An impressive half-timbered building, once an aristocrat's manor. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds.

Greater Scholar's Borough

Cily's Ironworks: The workshop of a female human blacksmith named Cily, who was once the best weaponsmith in the kingdom.

An arch of crystal, placed to honour a local hero named Sybenn.

The War Merchant: The cluttered shop of a male human weapon merchant named Enryn, known for his collection of strange and exotic blades. It is rumored that the weapons are those of fallen warriors, stolen from distant battlefields by dark magic.

Lamp District

Shieldhome: A single storey half-timbered building, the home of a female human cleric named Bruna. Its walls are covered with shields, said to be those of the warriors slain by the dragon Nina. It is also said that the dragon's hoard still lies buried beneath the building.

The Thief and Pipe: A shabby commoner's inn, decorated with monstrous skulls.

The Bloody Hammer II: An elegant commoner's inn, built within what was once a sailing ship. Its name comes from being a perfect duplicate of The Bloody Hammer, another inn on the other side of town, from the building itself to its decor and even patrons.

Mastiff's Village

The Flagon and Ghost: A heroic dwarven tavern, surrounded by an ethereal green glow at night. Anyone who enters the inn is met by a personal ghostly companion, who serves and entertains them while they remain.

Cwynfleue's Smithy: The workshop of a female human blacksmith named Cwynfleue, known for her knowledge of dwarven runes and glyphs.

Bertio's Pottery: The workshop of a male human potter named Bertio, who knows the secret of an alchemical clay which shines like polished silver.

Moor Village

Dragons Home: A large decked out area where the dragons are allowed to roam free, to the left of the village is an arena where the dragon riders train, to the right is the comfortable rooms for each dragon, as each rider is assigned to put whatever they feel the dragons need. To the back is where the dragons are allowed to fly to get food and come back.

Noble's Village:

Helwy's Armaments: The workshop of a male human weaponsmith named Helwy, who was once an adventurer, but retired after his companions were turned into werewolves.

The Broken Shield: A heroic adventurer's tavern, known for its many secret doors and passages.

Farthing Palace:

Dragon Riders Guildhall: A grand half-timbered building, decorated with a glazed-tile roof. It contains a large meeting hall and 6 medium sized bedrooms, and is sacred to the dragon riders and dragons

Barde's Pottery: A large potter's workshop, built within what was once a titan's tankard.

Tome Farthing:

The Pirate and Tankard: A grand adventurer's tavern, decorated with wards against demons.

Gare's Arsenal: The workshop of a male human weaponsmith named Gare, who is rumoured to have acquired a young fire dragon.

DRAGON RIDERS CHARACTERS:

Amelia Jayne - she is the only mage to ever ride and control a dragon, she has the ability to summon a fire dragon and ice dragon to battle. Her dragon is gold, one so rare that only a few are spotted. Known as Ethrinria.

Blonde, shoulder-length hair almost fully covers a handsome, lived-in face. Bulging golden eyes, set seductively within their sockets, watch rapidly over the palace they've been seperated from for so long.

Freckles are spread seductively around her nose and cheekbones and and leaves a satisfying memory of her fortunate survival.

A true genius among mages. She stands alluringly among others, despite her muscled frame.

There's something enticing about her, perhaps it's her good looks or perhaps it's simply her presence. But nonetheless, people tend to thank her for her service, while making up bigger stories about her.

Hunter Lucas - the leader of the Dragon Riders, he is half-human, half-elf. The ability to control water, his dragon is black. Another rare dragon. Known as Hilverrion.

Black, flowing hair clumsily hangs over a sculpted, bright face. Bulging grey/blue eyes, set rooted within their sockets, watch slowly over the haven they've felt at home at for so long. Soft skin seductively compliments his cheeks and leaves a pleasurable memory of his upbringing.

A true idealist among high elves. He stands short among others, despite his sturdy frame.

There's something seductive about him, perhaps it's his company or perhaps it's simply his sense of humor. But nonetheless, people tend to be curious about him, while hoping to one day follow in his footsteps.

Sam Clarke - he is one of the dragon riders, a human knight who has been waiting his turn to become famous in his home town. His dragon is green known as Mirozus.

Brown, coily hair awkwardly hangs over a lean, lived-in face. Narrow black eyes, set handsomely within their sockets, watch merrily over the river they've rarely felt at home at for so long.

Scars reaching from the right side of the forehead , running towards the other eye and ending under his left eye leaves an intriguing memory of lost friends.

A hard romanticist among women. He stands tall above others, despite his strong frame.

There's something enigmatic about him, perhaps it's a feeling of anguish or perhaps it's simply his goodwill. But nonetheless, people tend to treat him like family, while trying to subtlely stare.

Phillip Shoeman - is a laidback human dragon rider, he tends to wait for the others to strike before he does, he prefers to not have conflict then fight. His dragon is a bronze colour known as Rodumdomu.

Blonde, shaggy hair almost fully covers a thin, warm face. Bright blue eyes, set concealed within their sockets, watch slowly over the families they've protected for so long. A moustache charmingly compliments his eyes and cheekbones and leaves a pleasurable memory of his past.

A coward among all humans, he stands full of himself, despite everyones hate for him.

There's nothing something extraordinary about him, perhaps it's his lack of commitner or perhaps his way of leaving battle. But nonetheless, people tend to befriend him, those who don't know him.

Stephen Neson - is a goblin, he enjoys instigating a battle and winning instead of waiting to attack. He prefers to get in first and leave first after the job is down. His dragon is a blue colour, known as Zunzulzein

Light blue, shaggy hair neatly coiffured to reveal a handsome, gloomy face. Round green eyes, set thightly within their sockets, watch fondly over the armies they've safeguarded for so long.

A scar reaching from the bottom of the left cheek , first running towards his fairly big lips and ending under his right eye leaves an aching burden of defended lands.

A defender among Goblins. He stands with pride, despite those who try to hate on goblins.

There's something extraordinary about him, perhaps it's his patience or perhaps it's simply his good looks. But nonetheless, people tend to lie about knowing him to brag, while hoping he will one day be their leader.

Hanna Smith - is an elf, she has the ability to manipulate thunderstorms in order to escape conflict or combat. Her dragon is a lavender one, known as the Atrastrasza.

Pink, curly hair is pulled back to reveal a full, time-worn face. Glistening sapphire eyes, set wickedly within their sockets, watch impatiently over the ancestors they've nearly died for for so long.

Tribal marks in the form of 2 stripes under each eye marks her heirship but, more importantly and leaves a bittersweet memory of her unfortunate upbringing.

A pioneer among night elves. She stands elegantly among others, despite her light frame.

There's something seductive about her, perhaps it's her unusual looks or perhaps it's simply her sense of comradery. But nonetheless, people tend to hit it off with her, while commending her for her deeds.

DRAGONS (ABILITIES, COLOUR AND BREED)

Ethrinria - This dragon's fine scales are gold with a hint of silver (meaning age). It has a stocky, short body with a thick tail. On the end of its tail is a long spike. This dragon has short, powerful limbs with four digits on each foot that end in very long, sharp claws. It has close-set wings running from its shoulders to its hips.

This dragon's head is elongated and it has a tiny mouth. It has giant oval nostrils. This dragon has small eyes that are the colour of polished amber. Two long, straight horns extend straight up from its forehead.

Dragons abilities are: Enhanced speed, enhanced accuracy. It breathes fire and lightning from its nostrils and mouth. She can also become intangible like a ghost. They will appear as a misty form of themselves.

Hilverrion - This dragon has a broad, short body with a very long neck. Its fine, unreflective scales are red. This dragon has elongated, powerful limbs with three digits on each foot that end in long, sharp claws. It has wings like those of a dragonfly.

This dragon has a mouth that runs most of the length of its face. It has tiny nostrils located unusually far back on its snout. This dragon has droopy faceted eyes that are the colour of yellowed ivory. It has no visible ears... Two short, straight horns extend backwards from its forehead.

The dragon's abilities are; a disruptive wave of sound, danger sense ability, his feet are silenced once on the ground, creating an advantage.

Mirozus: This dragon's fine scales are green. It has a broad, short body. This dragon has elongated, muscular limbs with four digits on each foot that end in very long, sharp claws. It has small wings running from its shoulders to the middle of its tail.

This dragon's head is elongated and it has a wide mouth and has a pronounced underbite. It has oval nostrils. This dragon has small faceted eyes that are soot-black. It has large, frilled ears. It has oddly thick lips. A bony ridge separates its nostrils.

The dragon's Abilities are; acid spit and poisonous smoke.

Rodumdomu - This dragon's scales are bronze. It has a serpentine body with a thin thich. On the end of its tail is a spiked ball. This dragon has short limbs with six splayed digits on each foot that end in very long claws. It has small, ragged-looking wings running from its shoulders to its lower back.

A row of bony knobs runs from the base of its skull, down its back, to the tip of its tail. This dragon has a huge mouth. It has narrow eyes that are bronze. Its lips are drawn back, making it look like it's smiling. Bony knobs surround its nostrils.

Dragons abilities are: none, just a powerful blow

Zunzulzein - has an elegant, long body. Its scales are the colour of mixed blues, getting finer and less thick on its neck and tail. On the end of its tail is a spiked ball. This dragon has six short, muscular limbs with three closely-mounted digits on each foot that end in short claws. It has large, close-set, frill-like wings.

A semi-transparent, membranous crest runs down its back. This dragon's head is misshapen and it has a tiny mouth with two tusklike teeth in front. It has round eyes that are green. A bony plate projects from the back of its skull, protecting its upper neck A series of tentacle-like tendrils sprouts from its chin.

Dragons abilities: lightning strike from its mouth

Atrastrasza - This dragon's thick scales are lavender, shading to lighter on its underside. It has an elegant, elongated body. This dragon has elongated limbs with four digits on each foot that end in very short, blunt claws. It has gigantic, wide-set wings running from its shoulders to its lower back.

This dragon has a tiny mouth. It has small nostrils. This dragon has narrow eyes that are the colour of beyrls. It has huge, frilled ears. Projecting above its nose is a single horn.

Dragons abilities are: Scolding hot water and animal manipulation (can make any sound of an animal to distract enemies coming closer)

OTHER MAIN CHARACTERS

Jeff Jenkins: Blonde, shoulder-length hair awkwardly hangs over a fresh, tense face. Clear hazel eyes, set wickedly within their sockets, watch meticulously over the farms they've felt disconnected from for so long.

Smooth skin delightfully compliments his cheekbones and leaves a gracious memory of his upbringing.

This is the face of Grikug Hellsplitter, a true nobleman among orcs. He stands elegantly among others, despite his fragile frame.

There's something bizarre about him, perhaps it's his hatred or perhaps it's simply a feeling of indifference. But nonetheless, people tend to become his friend, while treating him to a good meal when he's around.

Abigail Shoemaker: Chestnut, short hair double braided to reveal a round, friendly face. Hooded green eyes, set gracefully within their sockets, watch eagerly over the village they've barely related to for so long.

Fire has left a mark stretching from just under the right eye , running towards the right side of her lips and ending above her left eye and leaves a pleasant memory of her unfortunate upbringing.

A true ally among humans. She stands awkwardly among others, despite her muscled frame, as her kind vampires aren't well respected at times.

There's something mystifying about her, perhaps it's a feeling of arogance or perhaps it's simply her personality. But nonetheless, people tend to worship her, while commending her for her deeds.

Patricia Greene: Light green, flowing hair tight in a ponytail reveals a full, lively face. Hollow sapphire eyes, set elegantly within their sockets, watch lovingly over the people they've bled for for so long.

A sword left a mark reaching from the top of the right cheek , running towards the tip of the nose and ending on her left cheek and leaves an aching memory of deceased love.

A true utopian among dark elves. She stands ordinary among others, despite her light frame.

Oliver Smoke: Ginger, dreadlocks tight in a ponytail reveals a chiseled, anguished face. Bulging green eyes, set lightly within their sockets, watch thoughtfully over the rivers they've bled for for so long.

Zane Paterson: Ginger, frizzy hair hangs over a chiseled, worried face. Bulging brown eyes, set handsomely within their sockets, watch yearningly over the farms they've loved for so long.

A tattoo of a wolf paw is displayed just above the side of his right eye leaves a grievous memory of his love.

A true daredevil among humans. He stands tiny among others, despite his slim frame.

There's something bizarre about him, perhaps it's his attitude or perhaps it's simply his persistence. But nonetheless, people tend to pretend to be his best friend, while trying to hide from him.

Lord Ragnar - white luxurious, straight hair is meduim-length. Hollow fine jade eyes, set elegantly within their sockets, watching over his subjects. He is short but never can be underestimated. He has a slender build. His skin is ruddy. He has hollow cheeks and nearly-nonexistent eyebrows. 

His elf nature makes his caring towards others but that doesn't mean he can't be firm when he needs to be.

Everyone loves their lord Ragnor and will do anything to please him. His wardrobe is professional, with a lot of green and black.
