Sophia’s PoV
It’s been a few days since my last meeting with Gisele. I have to admit that I am excited to see her again after dealing with whatever creature that we met. When I arrived at the laboratory with my unit, Gisele returned from her shower. Seeing Gisele like this reminded me of a panda that I saw in a zoo once. I waved my hands at Gisele, but she didn’t seem to recognize me.
“Hey.”
I grabbed Gisele before she walked into a closed door and hurt herself.
“What’s going on here? The door was closed! You could hurt yourself if I didn’t grab you on time.”
A doctor walked by and said,
“Dr. Gisele has been staying up for a few days now, and she only had less than five hours of sleep. We tried to persuade her to rest, but she said she didn’t need any. Please tell her to slee
