Chapter 7

"Mom, Shan Shai is at the right age. She won't harm herself. When she has nothing to eat she will also return home." Shekaina's answer was positive.

"We still need to find your sister!" Shin-Ma said and cried again.

Shekaina was silent. She just focused her eyes on the road.

Meanwhile, Zairu is thinking of a way to bring his youngest daughter back home. Her eldest daughter was right. When his youngest daughter had nothing to eat, she had no choice but to return home, she still had no job because she had just finished college.

Later in the afternoon, he will go to the bank to temporarily close the savings account and credit cards of his daughter. Because when she has no money to use, she will be forced to go home and continue his plan for the arranged marriage.

AGAIN, Liza pressed the doorbell outside the big gate, but no one opened it.

"Maybe there's no one in that house," Shan Shai said disappointedly to her friend.

"Xian told me that his friend is just at home every Saturday, let's wait," Liza replied and press the doorbell again.

Shan Shai crossed her arms, simply praying that her future boss would be inside the big house.

Lee Min wiped the sweat from his face, neck, and chest with a cotton towel. He just finished working out. He stopped what he was doing when he heard the sound of the doorbell. He remembered that he was the only one in the house so he had no one else to order to go to the gate.

"That jerk!" Lee Min whispered.

Probably his friend Xian was his guest, last night he invited him to go to Batangas just to play golf, he refused. He needs to be there at his house because Xian’s sister will be bringing his new housemaid.

Lee Min came out of the house without bothering to put on clothes. He continued to wipe the sweat from his neck as he walked closer to the gate.

The eyes of the two women widen as they watch the tall, dark, and handsome man approach the gate. It’s like a model walking on stage.

"Friend, just work in our house, I'll double your salary, I'll just work as a maid in that house," Liza said with a flirtatious tone of voice. She didn’t take her eyes off the plump six-pack abs of the man.

Shan Shai didn't understand what her friend said. Because her attention was more focused on the enchanted-looking man walking towards the gate. He was like a fairy who was rejected by the forest because of the handsome face.

Oh, Lala! He's very handsome, plus, he had a muscular body! Shan Shai whispered to herself.

Lee Min has already opened the gate but the two women don't seem to notice him. He was already standing in front of them but seemed stunned as they stared at him.

Lee Min caught the attention of the woman wearing thick eyeglasses. He simply smiled when he noticed her mouth is open.

"Miss, a fly might enter your mouth," Lee Min calls the quiet woman's attention. He touched the woman's chin and closed her mouth.

"Ehem," Shan Shai whispered shyly when she felt the man holding her chin. She quickly wiped her mouth with the back of her palm, because her saliva might have dripped without being aware of it.

Shan Shai pinched her friend's arm, still looked like she was daydreaming.

"I'm Liza," the girl introduced herself to the man in front of her. "Xian's younger sister,"

"Oh, Xian did mention to me that you are coming here to my house today," Lee Min smiled. He held out his right hand to the woman in front of him. "I'm Lee Min Zao,"

Liza accepted his hand, and they shook hands, after that, Liza introduces her friend.

"This is my friend Shan-" Liza couldn't continue to say when Shan Shai suddenly stepped on one of her feet.

"Let me," said Shan Shai.

"Ouch, It hurts," Liza whispered.

"I'm Chenchai, Sir," she introduced herself. She hesitates to shake hands with him.

"Is she the one your brother says will work for me as a maid?" the man asked Liza but his eyes were on Shan Shai.

"Ah yes, but maybe you can let us in first, because it's hot out here and our skin hurts," Liza said and blinked her eyes, trying to make her cute.

Liza's attraction to the man seems to be even stronger than hers. Shan Shai secretly laughed.

"Ah sorry, please come in." Lee Min's smile invites them.

They entered inside the gate.

The man walked into the big house first while they followed him. The two women bit their lips and exchanged a weak laugh. All they needed was a spoon and fork even though there was no rice, Lee Min Zao was already a dish in their eyes.

They were amazed when they finally entered the man's house. The size of the house is staggering.

Shan Shai bit her lower lip, this big house does she have to clean every day? She hadn’t even started yet, felt like she was tired right away. After all, the silence in the house was so deafening that she might just be sad.

"Have a seat," Lee Min invited them. "You want something, water, juice, or anything?"

"No thanks!" they refused.

"Are you living alone in this house?" Liza asked him.

"Yes," Lee Min replied sparingly. "Excuse me, ladies, I'll just get a t-shirt to wear."

Don't, Shan Shai whispered to herself. She looked again at his muscular body that looked like it was taken care of in the gym. He looks clean, and smells so good!

Shan Shai's eyes dropped to the lower part of his body. She swallowed again, and immediately rebuked herself. She hasn't even gotten a boyfriend yet but her imagination is already flirting,

"You're embarrassing Shan Shai..." she whispered rebuking herself.

"It looks like your friend is enjoying the beautiful view in front of her." Lee Min said briefly to Liza but he was looking at Shan Shai. "All right, I'll leave you two, I'll be right back,"
