Paris’ POV That night, when we went to bed, I couldn’t tell Conlan what my first day performing the duties of a Luna had been like. I felt weighed down by the request Dave had sent—one that, despite making no sense at all, clouded my life enough that I couldn’t feel happy or proud of what I had accomplished that day.
