Vincent greeted his boss and Agnes, and hurriedly set the table for breakfast, seeing how urgently Jude wanted to leave again.
If Jude had his way, he would have asked them not to eat anything before leaving, but he couldn't because Agnes was nursing Jake, so she had to eat something by all means.
He was impatient, but he had to wait, and also go with Agnes to eat.
