We don’t have many female guests. However, the battle between Andrea and Gina is a tough one! The bouquet falls behind them, near the buffet. Almost on Alice’s feet.
The bass player is busy drinking Champagne directly from the bottle. She gives the bouquet a dismissive look. “Honestly, I feel sorry for you.”
Andrea and Gina stare at her with surprise. Alice picks up the bouquet like it’s a piece of garbage. “If you want, I’ll cut it in half. That way, you’ll both be happy.”
“NO!!” Andrea and Gina both shout simultaneously.
Collin approaches Alice, warily. The bass player turns to him, mockingly. “Ha well, damn. What would the king have done? You know, the one with the baby?”
