Our host led us to an elevator that took us to the rooftop terrace of the restaurant. There were fairy lights everywhere, giving the setting a soft romantic glow. I looked around in amazement at the scene, and there was a single table in the middle of the terrace. There was a bottle of my favorite wine sitting in a bucket of ice on a small stand in front of our table. They covered the table with a white cloth and a vase full of red roses and sunflowers sat in the middle of it. Everything about this was so beautiful and romantic that I shed a tear. No one had ever done anything like this for me before.
