The plan to escape

Misty was a young woman in her early twenties with long brown hair that cascaded down her back in soft waves, and bright green eyes that sparkled like emeralds in the sunlight. Her heart was pounding so hard that she could feel it in her feet as she found herself in an incredibly precarious situation. A soldier dressed in an olive green uniform had suddenly appeared before her, his eyes fixed on her with an interrogative and penetrating gaze. He asked in a firm voice, "Misty, what are you doing here?"

Feeling a sense of urgency, Misty quickly responded, "Well, I got sent here by Emma." The soldier's expression reflected surprise at her response, but he offered his help by saying, "Wait, I can help you." Misty was puzzled by his sudden change in behavior and asked hesitantly, "Wait, you can help me but...?" She was unsure of what he meant and what the outcome of this offer would be.

"Don't worry, I am no traitor," he reassured her with a sincere smile. Just then, Maisy walked by with her curly hair bouncing with each step and added, "You can trust him, Misty." Despite feeling a little uneasy, Misty decided to trust them. She asked, "So what's the plan?" She was curious to know what their next move was going to be.

The soldier, whose name was Mike, interrupted her and said, "But first let me introduce myself." He extended his hand for a handshake. Maisy interjected, "The plan? Are you trying to get Misty out of. here?" A voice from the corner asked, "Eh, what are you thinking?" Mike replied, "Don't worry, I am not going to tell on you. I am only here to help." The voice said, "Dad, what are you doing here?" Maisy's dad stepped forward, revealing himself from the shadows. He was a tall man with a stern look on his face. "You know that I am a Substitute for Benjamin's dad," Maisy's dad said.

Mike explained that the plan was to go and tell Emma that Misty was sent here by her. He assured her that he did what was needed to protect her as his loyal guard and called her his princess. Misty felt a wave of relief wash over her as she realized that she had allies in this unfamiliar place.

However, things took a turn for the worse as everything got leaked. The news of what happened spread like wildfire, and people were all but happy about it. "She killed the fantasy girl," one person said. "She cursed us," another said. Emma was not pleased with this and yelled at Maisy to fix it. But Maisy stood her ground and refused to help Emma any further. Emma tried to use her authority to force heR guards to act, but they all quit their jobs as soldiers. Emma was left speechless, realizing that her actions had consequences. Because no days later the people started a revolution.
