AMBER POV "Luke?" I whispered softly, surprised to see him strolling towards me. He stopped right in front of me and tilted his head. "What are you doing all alone in the woods, Amber?" he asked gently, his eyes showing concern. Then, with surprising agility, he climbed up the old oak tree beside me and settled comfortably on a thick branch. I couldn't believe the question he was asking. Did he not see the storm brewing inside me? Couldn't he tell how frustrated I was? I let out a long, shaky breath before answering him. "Can't you see I'm trying to let out some steam?"
