Chapter 34
Eric's pov.
I woke up in a strange room and had no memory of anything. I seemed to be still in school, just finishing a semester, and was out on vacation at the moment. Again, I seem to have worked, for our family company, and people are expecting me to be able to outperform my father. But I couldn't remember anything recent, like what I was doing yesterday or who I had just met.
When I got up I realized that my abdomen was bandaged and I thought I might have been injured, although I had no recollection of it.
It was a room by the sea, and the cool morning sea breeze was wrapped in a salty smell as I walked to the center of the room and saw a lady. It was the first person I had seen since I woke up. She was wearing a long, baby blue halter dress and her dark blonde hair was
