“I'm outside your workplace parking lot.” Kourtney heard the man’s arrogant tone across the phone line.
“Uh? W–why are you even here? What reason?”
“Don’t ask me silly ass questions. Do I need a reason to visit my wife?”
“But you–”
“Come down here. Right now!” Sebastian commanded before ending the call abruptly.
Kourtney heard the beeping sound and stared at the blank screen of her phone in anger.
‘This man! What is he doing here? Isn't he supposed to be at the hospital?’
Her mind was in a mess right now. She’d already made plans to visit Sebastian at the hospital this evening, but now he came looking for her instead, at her workplace where others might see him. She didn't know what to think as she shook her head nervously.
