Laken’s POV
They cleaned everything and reassembled the house. Devon wanted to go back home, but the roads were too dangerous to drive on. Since we were staying at the house, I found enough food to feed not only Devon and me but also David, Tori, and the guards. I wanted to make something simple, so I made spaghetti, while Tori helped with the garlic bread.
While we made dinner, Devon and David hid in the office, trying to figure out Christian’s code to the safe, hoping to get in there and find out what treasures he had hidden. Luckily, Uncle Lykeon has agreed to let us steal Elliot and Brooklyn again, and they will be here in the morning with the help of Summer. So, they could help the guys with the safe, and hack into Christian’s computer, and see what secrets he had hiding in there.
