Laken’s POV
Over the days, they have become less and less chaotic, getting into a regular routine as the queen. I spend my mornings in meetings and at events, and in the afternoons, overseeing the remodeling of our suite, and spending time with Katie and Harry.
Katie has been coming over every day, helping me with samples for the suite, and also telling me stories about her and my father, and the rest of the family. I have found out that I have an aunt who lives in England, also married to a duke, and I have four cousins. They were excited to find out that Laramie and I were still alive and planning to come and visit around Christmas.
My one set of grandparents are still alive, Katie’s parents, while my paternal grandparents were killed by The Hunters not long after our kidnapping. My
