I was running towards this store Jared messaged me. Today is our fourth lesson and I can’t afford to miss this class especially now that he complimented my past work. I smiled at the thought and kept running. I was running out of breath but I felt so happy and excited still. When I reached the coffee shop he texted, I scanned for him but he wasn’t there yet. I sat down a table for two and waited for him. I sighed catching my breath. I got so tired from running thinking that I might be late but I wasn’t. I wasn’t angry. I didn’t know why.
