Nathaniel POV

Nathaniel was looking at his sister longingly her and her mate where sitting around the kitchen dining table with their three years old son, enjoying their breakfast. He shook his head and imagined his mate, his purple eyes and freckled noise, those plump lips, are all he could think about. It has already been a week since he saw Gabriel and his wolf was on edge, the fact that the only think he knew about his mate is only a name and place of work was daunting. He has been stalking the restaurant where Gabriel works for a week now but he hadn’t had much luck. When he spoke to Gabriel’s college Maria, all she said is that he is sick, but he had a feeling Gabriel was avoiding him.

“Earth to Nate” Diana clapped in Nathaniel’s face, he sighed and said “ I just don’t understand why he is ignoring me” he shook his head, “ well maybe he is really sick, don’t you have his residential address you could go to his house and check on him.” Suggested Diana, “ all I found in his employment record is just a forwarding address, for a human his very paranoid” Nathaniel scoffed, “ well I don’t have a solution to your predicament but try figuring it out before your time runs out.”

“Please don’t tell dad, I will tell him, when I am ready” Nathaniel told his sister. “ Tell me what Nathaniel”? Asked Michael Darkwood in a commanding voice, “Nothing” Nathaniel answered panicking, “Do I need to force it out of you son?”

He asked in a harsh tone, “ I will tell you just not now okay?” Michael looked at his son with a serious expression, “ fine” said Nathaniel while raising his hands in a surrendering manner, “ I found my mate last week but he rushed away before we can divulge anything of importance, all I know is his name and his work place.”Nathaniel told his father whose face didn’t give anything away,”which pack does he belong to? And what rang is he?” He asked “ he is human” said Nathaniel. “ well now that you found him I will only give you two months to mark him and then we will do your alpha ceremony” he said with finality in his voice and left before Nathaniel can say anything, “ at least he didn’t say anything about the heir this time” said Diana with a chuckle.

Nathaniel just shook his head and stood up with one desitination in mind, his mates work place, maybe today he will show up. When he reached the restaurant he could smell the scent of rain strongly, his wolf wanted to howl in happiness but he had to wait until the restaurant closes so that he could have his mate to himself and he did. When the clock ticket 5h00 his mate came out of the restaurant with his a back pack on his back. He was wearing blue ripped jeans a white shirt a black denim jacket and black converse shoes. He is hot as hell. Nathaniel rushed to approach him before he disappeared again. He mate was moving fast and looking around suspiciously, maybe he knew someone was following him. Nathaniel was literally running and he bumped in Gabriel’s back who had stopped to look around, Gabriel stumpled back and cussed before looking up, his purple eyes met with the blue ones and he gasped in surprise. “ hello handsome we meet again” said Nathaniel in an excited voice which made Gabriel’s heart to beat erratically.
