KENDRA'S POV
My heart broke into a thousand pieces as Arielle stood in front of me. Her tears pierced through every corners of me, leaving me desolate. I tried to comfort her but I lacked the right word. I needed consolation myself. She was my best friend and seeing her in this situation was something I couldn't cope with.
"How could he be as heartless as this? How dare he do this to you?" Tears gathered in my eyes. They were thick and would trickle down at the slightest provocation. A blink and nu6 face would become a shadow of itself.
Arielle swallowed saliva that had piled in her and raised her head to me with a sharp gesture.
