DEREK'S POV The desperation to have her speak to me was greater than I ever thought it would be. I shook my head vehemently in a bid to get her out of my mind but it wasn't working. I heaved a sigh as I rested my back on the wall of the Hall where the assembly was going on. I was unperturbed and was going on in there didn't seem to matter to me.
