LEO'S POV
As we filed out of the house to our classrooms, my eyes darted around in search of Arielle, but she wasn't anywhere around. My face fell in disappointment as I found my way out. I couldn't explain this strong desire to see her all the time but I knew it wasn't ordinary. I wanted to hold her in my hands and be around her.
Without watching, I bumped into someone, causing the items in her hands to spill over. She raised her head to me with great anger filling her eyes. I swallowed hard, unable to speak a word. The anger on her face was terrific and left me speechless.
