Daisy was jolted awake by a loud noise. She entered the living room to find two women arguing with Asher.
"I gave him a son!" the First Lady exclaimed.
"Oh, shut up! I gave him a daughter, a cute one!" the second lady retorted.
Asher stood up, noticing Daisy. "Hello, Daisy. How long have you been standing there?"
The two women turned to face her, their voices rising in unison. "Who are you? Is she pregnant? Or is she your baby mama too?"
Daisy replied calmly, "Hi, ladies. I'm no one's baby mama or girlfriend."
Asher intervened, "Daisy, these are my baby mamas, Lydia and Amanda."
Daisy's eyes widened in surprise. "Oh, wow. And you don't think you should get married to one of them?"
Asher shrugged. "I don't think I'm ready for commitment or faithfulness. Marriage isn't my thing, at least not now."
Lydia, one of the baby mamas, spoke up. "Asher, I asked to be your housekeeper. I can deal with Amanda, but you need to talk to us sometimes."
Asher nodded. "As my housekeeper, you'll need to handle them if I'm not in the mood. They come over often, even though I pay child support and sponsor their vacations."
Daisy watched in disbelief as the two women continued arguing. Asher left the room, leaving her to face the drama alone.
"Hi, ladies," Daisy said, trying to intervene. "Maybe you should come back another time, and we can discuss this further."
After they left, Asher returned downstairs. "They're gone. I apologize for the drama, Daisy. I know it's a lot to take in."
Daisy shook her head, still trying to process the scene. "Asher, how did you end up with two baby mamas?"
Asher sighed. "It's a long story, Daisy. Let's just say I've made some mistakes in the past."
"Take care of yourself while I'm away, okay?" Asher said to Daisy as Troy arrived to pick him up.
On their way out, Troy asked, "Asher, I've noticed you haven't been bringing girls home since Daisy arrived. She's a good influence on you, isn't she?"
Asher chuckled. "No one's changing me, Troy. I'm just choosing to respect Daisy. She's a childhood friend and a lady, and she deserves it."
Troy nodded. "That's a good thing, Asher. Yeah, sure."
Asher's phone buzzed, and he answered, "Hey, Hazel. I'm on my way to see you."
When Asher arrived at Hazel's apartment, she greeted him with a kiss. "I've been calling you for days, but you didn't pick up. Where were you?"
"I was busy, Hazel. My sister is staying with me, and I didn't want to be disturbed," Asher replied.
Hazel's eyes narrowed. "Your sister? I want to meet her. Don't you want our relationship to move forward, Asher?"
Asher sighed. "We can talk about it, Hazel. But you need to chill. You're getting too clingy."
Hazel's voice rose. "I'm clingy because of your extravagant lifestyle! You slept with all my friends, Asher. Only you would do that."
Asher stood up. "And now you want to marry me because of my billionaire status? Hazel, leave me alone and let me live my life. We both know what we want."
Hazel apologized, "I'm sorry, Asher. I didn't mean to spoil your mood."
Asher shook his head. "I need to leave, Hazel. Take care. We'll meet again later."
As Daisy cooked dinner, a knock at the door interrupted her. She went downstairs to answer it, finding a stranger standing there.
"Wow, who is this beautiful and sexy lady?" he said, his eyes roaming over her. "Name your price, and let's get some work done in the bedroom."
Daisy's eyes narrowed. "Who are you? I don't know you, and I don't appreciate your assumptions."
The stranger smirked. "And what kind of lady are you? You think you're different from the girls on the street?"
As he stepped closer, Asher and his PA, Troy, entered the room. "Kendrick, what are you doing here?" Asher asked, his tone firm.
Kendrick grinned. "Just paying a visit, Asher. And I saw this beautiful young lady... you know how we do things."
Asher's eyes flashed a warning. "Keep your eyes off Daisy, Kendrick. She's off-limits."
Kendrick raised an eyebrow. "Off-limits? When do ladies start becoming off-limits for us? You're breaking the bro code, Asher."
Asher's voice was low and even. "I know our history, Kendrick, but this is different. Stay away from Daisy, or you'll regret it."
Kendrick snorted, heading to the kitchen. "I'll have a taste of your cookie, Daisy. I don't care if I become Asher's enemy. He broke the bro code. How are you special, huh?"
Daisy remained silent, her eyes fixed on Kendrick with a mix of discomfort and annoyance.
Daisy quickly dialed Emilia's number, eager to share the latest drama. "Emilia, you won't believe what just happened! Asher's friend, Kendrick, was totally inappropriate. He made me feel like a street girl!"
Emilia's voice was sympathetic. "Girl, you need to adapt to your new surroundings. It can't be as bad as living with Mason, right? That was a living hell for you."
As they chatted, Daisy heard a knock at the door. "Hold on, Emilia, I'll get it." She opened the door to find Lydia and Amanda, Asher's baby mamas, holding gifts.
"Hey, Daisy, we brought you some presents," Lydia said.
Amanda added, "We want you to talk to Asher for us. We need him to know we want to get married."
Daisy returned the gifts. "I don't want anything from you. I'll talk to Asher, but I can't promise anything."
As the baby mamas left, Asher came downstairs, eyeing Daisy's uniform. "Why are you still wearing that? I haven't forgotten you wanted to be my housekeeper, but I'm not happy about it."
Daisy smiled. "You're not exactly the most polite boss, Asher."
Asher chuckled. "Can we go watch movies or go on a date?"
Daisy agreed, and they headed to Asher's luxurious cinema room. After the movie, Daisy called Emilia again.
"Hey, girl, I'm sorry I didn't call earlier. I was busy," Daisy said.
Emilia asked, "How's Asher treating you? Have you told him about your marriage and your plans to divorce Mason?"
Daisy hesitated. "I only tell him what he needs to know, Emilia. I don't think it's necessary to share everything right now."
Emilia advised, "You should let him know the truth about you, Daisy. He might be able to help you escape Mason's abuse."
Daisy nodded, even though Emilia couldn't see her. "I'll tell him when the time is right."
