Before I could answer him, Cronus steps forward interrupting us. "I am taking her to get a gown for the shindig as she seems to have nothing to wear." He tells Deimos, accusation toning his voice.
"And why must you be the one to do this?" Deimos calmly questions Cronus ignoring his tone.
"Her females asked me to do so." He tells Deimos, while giving me a soft smile. I can see the tension simmering beneath the surface between them.
"Y-you can come if you'd like to." I tell Deimos, I would actually like him to come along. We could spend some time together. Cronus snaps his head to me, while Deimos gives me a soft smile.
"Forgive me, my mate. I cannot do so I still have plenty to do with the preparations. Perhaps next time, so go on ahead." Deimos tells me as disappointment cove
