"T-Two." I whisper.
"Yes good." He says softly as I find Elriam. Her eyes red as she watches me with concern.
"What happened?" I ask. My voice hoarse after all that screaming.
"You are in heat." Jace says and my eyes widen. Heat? What?
"Why is it this painful?" I question him. Yes, this is my first time experiencing it but I feel it's more painful that it should be.
"I heard it has been quite some time since you met Alpha Deimos and I am guessing you haven't mated yet. The more you wait the more painful it gets." He explains as I nod. I knew about this but I just thought it was a myth.
"How did you know?" I ask Elriam.
"Your screams woke us all up as well as your scent. The males are all in the pack house so do not worry." She says softly as I look up at Jace curious
