Chapter 24It took another week before she resembled herself. During that time, she craved alcohol more than she ever did when she drank. It was the only thing she wanted. Despite her best interests, she begged and pleaded for just a little—to help her feel better, she said. But Dakota and Yuuki stood firm. There wasn’t any alcohol in the house. And even if there was, they sure as hell weren’t going to bring it to her.
