ADRIANA'S POV
Adriana found herself cornered by the last three survivors of Maeve's and Giselle's soldiers. Despite dispatching two of them with her excellent shooting and knife-throwing skills, she is disarmed and held at gunpoint by Maeve's former lover, who will really kill her should she make a mistake.
The smoke is gone and the three of them have somehow found their guns and pointed them at her. One wrong move and they will shoot. No questions asked.
"Well, I now understand why Lady Maeve and Lady Giselle wanted us to deal with you. You managed to disarm five of us. But that's going to end now."
She stayed still. Her mind was racing and she had to think of something fast. How will she get out of this situation alive?
