Morning found me in a warmth I didn't recognize at first. The sheets that covered my naked body felt thick, soft, and smelled like pine, and something distinctly Marcus. I winced as I felt my whole body ached, not painfully, but deliciously, like every nerve ending remembered what we'd done. What had happerned last night. The way he kissed me. The way he filled me. The way he held me afterward like I was something precious, something that belonged to him. A deep, contented sigh slipped from my lips before my eyes even opened. And then I felt it, his arm, strong and heavy, draped across my waist. His body pressed against mine, his broad and mascular chest to my back, and his legs tangled with mine under the covers.
