Crown Prince Mars Hunt’s POV
“She is not here.” Tina said.
This conversation had been going around in circles for the last ten minutes and I was starting to get very frustrated. Not with Tina for lying to me, she was only trying to protect my mate. I was annoyed with myself for not being able to get my point across correctly.
“I know that you are lying to me. Her scent is all over this house and my wolf can feel that she is nearby.” I said.
I could feel myself getting more and more desperate the longer this conversation went on. I had known that she was her from the second I passed the border, I couldn’t smell or hear her but I had known all the same. My wolf could feel her proximity. I didn't know if it was because our bond was stronger now or just that I was more aware of it.
