My phone vibrates from the charger. I’m ready to take a leave . Maybe that’s the boss.
Me : Mr. Khoza speaking, hello !
“ Khoza , we have dinner party tonight . I know your leave started today but we need you. “
This man hates seeing me taking a rest . What is this whole s**t about?
Me : ok , I’ll be there.

He cuts the call. Which plus one ? She left me . I’ll go alone . Or I’ll just take Wenzy with me. She needs some fresh air . This thing of hers of being a nerd , I don’t like it .
I wake up and get ready to go home. I hope my parent’s aren’t there . I don’t want any drama . I know they can be dramatic sometimes .

Me : what is it, the long face .
Her : I’m studying.
Me : it’s so early, give your self a break.
She heavily sighs then looks at me.
Her : what do you want?
Me : I’m going on a business dinner party.
Her : congratulations.
Me : and I need you to be my plus one.
She rolls her eyes.
Her : I’m not your girlfriend Menzi, found your self a girlfriend.
Me : I thought you said I’m too immature to be someone’s boyfriend.
Her : I never said that.
Me : please baby sis .
Her : I don’t have something to wear.
Me : I can help you with that.
Her : the make up?
Me : ay , never mind.
She laughs.
Her : come on , it’s not even expensive.
Me : I can’t pay for something that will only lust for few minutes.
She laughs, I thought she hates make-up . Why is she doing this to me.
Her : please, I want to hire my crush .
I give her a side eye. She laughs, so she wants me to pay her stupid crush.
Her : she’s a girl.
Me : since when do you crush on girls?
I know all her male exes that left her because she’s a nerd.
