Ynna looked back at Rex when she was already halfway of the road. She barely recognized his smile because of the orange street lights. She smiled back at him as she continued to walk home.
She immediately saw her dad and her brother, who were already in front of the dining room table.
"I'm home, dad."
Both her dad and her brother looked at her.
“If you haven’t eaten yet, join in here.” Her dad responded monotonously.
She smiled, "I haven't even eaten yet, dad." She replied.
She put down her luggage and approached the table-
