Celeste POV
I bolt up from the bed. I felt a murderous aura. I look around the room, I don't see anyone. Where did that come from? Did I dream that up?
I shiver. I get up and peek out the window. I see the sun over the horizon. I better get dressed before Zayden walks into my room while I'm getting ready, or more dangerously, carry me out to train in his arms.
I throw on some sweats, a tank top, and a windbreaker. I start to tie my shoes when I hear a knock on the door.
“Come in," I yell.
Zayden walks in. I mentally exhale a sigh of relief. Glad I got dressed when I did! He walks up to me and smiles.
“I am glad you are up and ready. But I will not lie, I am a bit disappointed that I didn't get to wake you up."
“Well, glad I beat you to it!" I won't mention the reason why I woke up.
