Chapter 5The day was bright. The sun’s rays pierced through the clear blue sky and leaned on you, like it was your best friend come to show affection. In the distance, sounds of everyday life heard sightly above the audible horizon, was carried back to the ear by the pleasant breeze that caressed the skin. The beauty of the day served only to mask the ugliness that moved.
