Later that evening, Xavier had to leave the office because of his dinner with Hilda, not because he planned to anytime soon. He had a lot of work on his desk that needed his attention, and he's been on it.
The door to his office pushed open, his assistant march inside. "Where have you been?" He inquired, as soon as he stood next to him.
Two hours ago, Jerry came to inform him it's time to leave the office, but he insisted on staying for an extra hour, so instead of just lurking around and do nothing, he went to the bar to meet with their informant.
